I'll give you a better translation, just for the sake of it.

"Ik kan diarree uit mijn willy ontspruiten =)"
That one isn't all that bad actually, it's a pretty decent translation. Willy is a known word to most Dutch people. But you might want to change 'ontspruiten' to something else though. Just "spuiten" would be enough.

"Ik zal weg uw hoofd en diarree onderaan uw hals scheuren"
Ok, that one is seriously messed up. I'd change it to this:
"Ik zal uw hoofd wegscheuren, en diarree in uw hals scheiten."
That sounds decent enough! Of course I wouldn't say stuff like that to regular folks! It's pretty intimidating.

Anyway, keep studying and you'll get there eventually.
