I seriously doubt it. The mods will laugh in your face and close the thread.
So your best bet is to challenge the mods, challenge "Pokemon Leagues" that members have made, not to mention win, and maybe, just maybe, you'll be able to catch Serebii's attention.
I would try this myself, but I don't have the tools to fight across the globe and my team isn't even ready. Try to get as many straight wins as possible.
