It was meant to, but thanks to the new Spirit Tracks trailers I have been working on content for the main site. I'm really sorry, but I think there will have to be delay until either Friday or Saturday, when I have the time to sit down and set it up. =/ Again, apologies, I just didn't expect this flood of news.

Yes, you can submit an application any time you like; however, that doesn't mean I'll necessarily approve it. I will check all characters you send, however.
