That's what happened with me haha. I stopped at Gran Pulse and didn't beat it until XIII-2 came out.

So, 3 years later, I finally beat FFXIII.

Yeah man haha, it gets confusing. Especially when they have 010 then 01X, what the hell. Why not just have 010 X or something. Why replace the 0s with X to represent change?

If you go to the steppe again (and you will), you need to activate the yellow cactuar to get into the west. It only shows up in Stormy weather (UP|UP). The other hidden cactuar to the west of the.. west section only shows up in Cloudy weather (UP/DN?).

I got kind of confused with the Steppe place. Actually, around that time, I had so many areas open, I couldn't keep track of everything and stopped collecting.
I think when I get closer to the end of the game, i'm going to backtrack and try to get everything.

It's just so much to deal with when you have like, 4 versions of every place in either the past, future or alternate timelines of both. God damn, my head is aching.

The GT guys really mustn't like JRPGs because when I watched the review they said it would take 20 hours to complete this game. I'm probably a third or maybe less through the game and am already past that mark.

Yeah, Noel seems like a super generic and un-memorable character, I was glad to see more of NORA in the game and thought someone like Yuj would have been neat to control but yeah. Plus, haha, I was keeping away from spoilers so when I met Snow I didn't even know he was Snow. He looks like a chocobo.

So far I've pretty much breezed through the battles with Lv20 Pulse Knight SEN, so I've been able to farm easy and train on Feral Behemoths as soon as I found them. I'm currently pissing about in the Steppe (found all of the teleport statues to unlock Chocobos) but don't think I can do much more there right now.

Serah is pretty good.
But her new outfit is not.
But all in all, while FF XIII-2 doesn't have a strong of a cast, Serah is still great, and the gameplay is so much more fun. It's so much better than XIII. Do yourself a favour and try it out.

Oh, and that Tonberry thing wiped me out. I have no idea where the hell that stupid thing came from.

Borderlands will be a bit longer than I originally expected. My buddy that I was going to get it off of has all of a sudden gotten into it again. It probably won't last long though. I'll let you know when I've got it.

140? Wow. That's a lot.
I found Borderlands was kind of difficult near the start, but after level 25-30, it gets, and stays really easy. Until you start the DLC that is.

Off for E3, how lucky.
I'm only working 1 day a week currently, so that's not a problem for me. Haha.
