I was never suggesting a lock, but rather a friendly "Hey, I know you're new and stuff... but could you put more meat in your post?"

I pay close attention to the Ad board, so you don't need to point things out such as this. My suggestion for a friendly "hey..." is neutral/positive to prove that I know the rules of the Ad board where as a lock tells you I don't.
