It's locked anyway, so it's really inconsequential as to whether the New Thread button is there or not. We're aware of the sticky and should be updating that soon.

Odd, in the entertainment board (which is also locked) normal members don't even see that "make a new thread" tab. (And yet it shows up on here.)

It already is locked, regular members cannot create threads in the Fan Fiction Showcase.
