Well if you must know...it's a semi-long story.

Long ago, in a thread counting to a millon:

There was a member named Zien, who did not have a care in the world. While in the "Clan area", Zien thought that he might drop by his favorite thread, The "Lets _ To A Millon" thread. (There is a blank there because the name always gets changed.) Anyways, Zien was posting at the thread, and chatting to his friends. Mini-Link, Shadow Seeker, mikej, and all the rest were there. Some how, the topic turned into the direction of the "y s srs" phrase. (Why so serious.) Thinking about South Park, Zien typed in "Y so cereal?" Mini-Link was mad, for he heard it before, but forgot where it came from. After posting some more, Mini-Link/Scatman v2 wanted some "Count Chocula" cereal. Zien thought about it so a secound, and remembered some of the members whoms' nickname ends with "Man." Zien posted a picture of "Lucky Charms" because he thought they were better, and then decided to be "The Cereal Man."

The end?

Edit: I almost forgot about the whole "Cereal Man" thing.
