ue = above/on/top/previous//hunger
de = and then/so
arimasu = ...no results. Hrm.
...Or was it dearimasu? That's "to be".
If it's arimasu I'm not sure, but if it's dearimasu, then I'd translate it as "to be on the desk", or something similar to that. I'm mediocre at best when translating full sentences from kana. :/
