Sharingan Question: How is it that Kakashi is able to do that black-hole jutsu with his Sharingan, but Sasuke can't? And Madara knows that the black-hole jutsu wouldn't work on him, so do you think that Madara already knows how to execute that kind of attack? Maybe Madara's "teleportation" is more like a worm hole. His eye transports his body to that other dimension, and then all he has to do is walk a few feet in the other dimension and then use his eye again to go back to the real world. Think of it like Nightcrawler's teleportation ability.

Yes a power-up would be nice for Kakashi. It would sorta be nice to see something that isn't Sharingan or Electric-based. Sure his Sharingan helps him make the "Copy Cat Ninja" but we really haven't seen him use any nin-jutsus that he's used in the past. In the movie "Crescent Moon" we do see him use a water-type jutsu, but since the movies are non-canon, it's difficult to say if he's able to use it in the main arc.

And yes, Will of Fire was pretty good. If it was canon, it gave us some answers that we didn't know about before:
-Naruto can't read (as Kakashi said...maybe he meant he can't read well because let's face it, his reading level is probably of a 4th grader, and since then all he had to do is follow orders and fight the rest of his life).
-Apparently other shadows (like a cloud covering up the moon's light) actually negates Shikamaru's ninjutsu. I honestly thought/assumed that more shadows/the darkness would actually strengthen his powers.
-Choji can now go giant without the need of those special pills (but we did see him use a regular military pill to give him more chakra and go big again...it would have been awesome if we saw Choji in his "Skinny/Butterfly" state again).
-Tenten is still useless. All she still knows is how to summon flying weapons with scrolls and use that Flying Double Dragon technique (or whatever it's called) that was seen in the Preliminaries.

I saw Will of Fire yesterday, and I can honestly say that was THE BEST Naruto movie I've seen. It's been the the only movie that honestly feels like it could be canon to the series (especially since they made mentions to previous things in the series and we got to see all the Konoha Kids fight). 2nd place goes to Land of Snow and 3rd place to Crescent Moon. Speaking of Naruto movies, I read on Wikipedia that there's yet another Naruto movie that's coming out this summer. I don't know it's presumed title, plot, or when it will be released. If you know anything that would be great if you told me.

PS: I wish they made another Kakashi Gaiden special that showed Kakashi as a teenager (Minato as Hokage) and we'd also see all the other main characters but younger (like Might Guy, Asuma, that pregnant Genjutsu Kunoichi...her name escapes me at the moment, and maybe even Rin...we never know when/how she died).

Well just like a different universe Batman has had a female Robin, Speedy could also be a girl. But for the most part, Speedy has been a boy. In the comics Batgirl wasn't officially a Batman sidekick until a few issues later. She was inspired by the Batman (got some inside help from Dick Grayson), and later became part of the team. It seems like they wanted to introduce Arrowette/Artimis because she's the Green Arrow's Batgirl. As for Miss Martian, she apparently is a White Martian (but uses her green form because of the positive reputation Martian Manhunter has already bestowed on the Earth).

Ah yes, Naruto Shippūden 3: Inheritors of the Will of Fire, I remember it's release last year but COMPLETELY forgot about it until you just mentioned it. Thank you for reminding me that today was it's DVD release (and therefore can now find it on the net). I just read the plot about it on wikipedia... and I sorta chuckled a bit. "Hiruko, a friend of Orochimaru...looking to obtain all Kekkei Genkai (I wonder how much Hinata & Neji will be involved then)...and now is interested in Kakashi's Sharingan eye". Don't you see that he's a clone of Orochimaru? But instead of Orochimaru trying to obtain all the jutsus in the world and the Sasuke's Sharingan eyes, it's been replaced with this Hiruko guy, Kekkei Genkai, and Kakashi's eye. Hmmm I'll watch it when I have the time this weekend, but thanks again for reminding me.

Yeah I'm sure there are bound to be cameos of other JLU side-kicks on this show. Miss Martian is actually a very recently created character (2006). I personally don't know that much about Miss Martian so I'll have to read up on her at Wikipedia. As for Artimes, I'll try to explain. Ok, Artimes is like the "Batgirl" to Green Arrow & Speedy's "Batman & Robin". Does that make sense? Not only that, but in the comics she's known as Arrowette, not "Artimes" (obviously named after the famous female greek mythological hunter). Why did the studio decide to give her a new name? I don't have a clue.

Oh speaking about Teen Titans there is something I just learned about while reading about Speedy on Wikipedia: Apparently there was supposed to be another Teen Titans movie called "Teen Titans: The Judas Contract". But it has been postponed (and this was back in '06). So who knows if we'll ever see it come to fruition.

Yeah I've already read the chapters. Movie? Oh you mean the new episode. Yeah I already watched it at animecrazy.net. But thanks anyways.

DUUUUUDE!!!!

I know you are the first person I have to tell about this. Cartoon Network is coming out with a new cartoon show called Young Justice! It's essentially the Teen Titans with Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Superboy, Miss Martian and Artemis. And here's the first promo picture (I'm surprised about Superboy, it's a first for animated cartoons considering we've only seen a young Superman, Superman, Supergirl, and Powergirl in previous DC incantations). Man I really hope they have Scott Menville to do Robin's voice again. If not him, then maybe Mathew Valencia (he was Tim Drake in the New Batman Adventures) but with a slightly deeper/more serious voice. I'm looking around the net at a few blog & forum replies and so far it seems like a lot of people are leaning towards this Robin is Tim Drake. To quote some person:

Ok so not only the Black Manta connection, I think they also included him because they needed the team to be a little more diverse. Come on, let's face it, one green girl isn't enough (and even if she wasn't green, I think you and I would agree that she'd also be white)

So if it's Tim Drake, I'd like to see Mathew Valencia do his voice, and if it's Wally West, it would be awesome to hear Michael Rosenbaum do his voice again. And speaking of voice actors, according to her blog (but the post has since been removed) actress Stephanie Lemelin will be providing the voice of Artemis.

Thanks. I'm really not surprised about that spoiler. Why? Because when it comes to the Shinigami, everybody else is there, and it would have been weird if he didn't arrive. Heck, even with Urahara there, I wouldn't be surprised if Urahara's assistants, & Ichigo's friends arive as well.

As for the ones I would be surprised seeing would be that Fireworks woman (and her brother) Don Kanonji (since they are all pretty weak).
