Well I havnt been a member long enough to join a clan, but it appears as though you meet all requirements, so you should go for it and start it up, and then I can help in any way I can right now until I join a clan as well...

Well, on the FAQ it says any registered member can...which is us, you are supposed to go on the main groups page and there should be a button somewhere that says Create a New Group, but I can't find it anywhere XD
