You don't get to use the DS? You either mean someone else is using it (son or husband I'm guessing) or there haven't been any recently released DS games that have caught your attention (now if nobody is using it, I'd be more than happy to take it off your hands). If that's the case, then I would have to recommend on Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box.

As for PSP, hmm as you know I'm an avid Nintendo fan so I really don't pay attention to other platforms. In all honesty, if I had a PSP I'd mostly use it to watch movies & play music. There aren't a whole lot of games that have caught my eye for the PSP. The new Gran Tourismo game looks good, so does the new Metal Gear game (but I'm not a fan of FPS that doesn't have a sensor gun with it), and Guitar Hero (looks lame without playing on guitar...maybe they should make DJ Hero on the DS...). I've heard good things about the Daxter game (Daxter from the Jack & Daxter series), Patapon, and I believe there is a Spyro the dragon game for it as well.

In all due respect, I hope you didn't buy that new PSP GO. Sure it takes in downloadable movies and games but since technology becomes twice as good every few years, it's only a matter of time before they make a PSP with an even better hard drive (not only that, but with a larger library). Another complaint people are getting from the PSP GO is that it isn't backwards compatable(no UMD disks), it doesn't have a large online library yet, and it isn't piratable (which is good when it comes to legal rights, but not everybody follows the rules).

As for me, I'm sticking with my DSi (which I'm using right now to be online and slowly type out this VM to you letter by letter). I'm just waiting for Spirit Tracks to come out...

I stopped buying DS games because I don't get to use the DS.

But I have a PSP that's been waiting patiently for me to play.

I know you haven't been online in a month, but I just thought one more VM would make a nice welcome when you come back. Anyways, have you seen Ponyo on the Cliff yet?

I know you haven't been online in a little while, but since we're both video game & Studio Ghibli fans, I thought you'd be interested in this new DS game: Ninokuni. It's an RPG game that was made by Level 5 (the people that created the Professor Layton games) and Studio Ghibli (no further introduction). The only "downside" I see is the fact that I've been reading it's going to be a "JRPG". I'm guessing the "J" stands for "Japanese" meaning, "won't be sold overseas". Well either way, let's just cross our fingers and hope that they translate and ship this to us^_^

The funny thing about Henna is that when I was young (maybe 12 or 14), I had an incredible habit of drawing patterns all over my hands and part way up my arm. I don't think I had actually ever seen Henna, so when I was an adult and saw it done, I was really surprised.

    O.o

The patterns I used to do weren't all that different from Henna.

'Ello! I was thinking of you the other day (I honestly don't know how the connection came, but I'll still tell the story). There was this sort of art festival in a town I live close to. They had music, dancing, and many little booths/tents/tables strung along a closed main street for the day it was really fun. Anywho, I came upon a booth that did Henna Body Art. It looked really interesting (I've heard of it before years ago, but haven't really seen it up close). I didn't get anything done ( $$$ ) but for the oddest reason, your face popped inside of my head when I saw some of the girls getting theirs done. Have you ever heard of this kind of body art? Have you ever gotten it done (or considered)? Am I weird thinking of a person I've never actually met?

Ah cool. What does that tattoo mean to you? I'm thinking of having a tattoo of the Goron Emblem, however it's going to have flames at the top, making it look like a torch. I've dubbed it "Prometheus' Fire" since I love Greek Mythology, and the fire Prometheus stole from the gods is what started the civilization of mankind and their inventions.

PS: You can find more fireman pics in my album. I have a few more not in the album, but they really aren't that great.

I actually got the design for my tattoo from a manga; I used one of the flames that you see around a character when they're really, really angry.
