If you ever get the chance to play Drake's Fortune for the PS3, you should. It might change your mind a bit about the PS3. On the other hand, I do agree that there seem to be a limited number of quality titles for the PS3 (that you can't find on the other consoles) as opposed to the PS2 or PS1.

It reminded me a lot of Xenogears. And that's a huge compliment in my book, seeing that Xenogears is one of my favorite games of all time.

You're only just getting started! It's a really good game. I technically never beat it myself, but only because I was too lazy to go back and level grind to beat the final boss. But the story is just perfect and the characters are so colourful. And the art ... *froths from mouth*

Hmm. Well from what I remember, it was a pretty good game. I still need to finish it. I'll probably get around to it over Winter vacation. I think I got up to the part a little afterward meeting that same character. I passed the purple darkness town area.
