Using my calculations (my 7:30 being your 10?) these times (in your time) would work best for me:

2:00 pm - 4:15 pm or 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm

If your post was late and your 10 pm is my 7pm then:
1:30 pm to 3:45 pm or 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm

Well, I do have a Ninetails in Diamond. I put it in the daycare to breed. Hopefully the one that hatches is a female... Otherwise I'll just get my Ruby cartridge and catch one and then transfer it over. Either way I can get one for you.

And I know about EV training. I just do not have the patience to go through with that>

My Pokedex isn't too great either. Not even on my Fire Red that I started a new game on a while ago, since all my strongest Pokemon got transferred over to HG. I don't like how we can't purchase game coins anymore so I'll get the game corner items from FR.

If Vulpix exists in Diamond, I'd be interested in a female one. Otherwise I'll have to snag me one from XD. In exchange, since I don't have much Pokemon and the fact that we both have HG, would probably be the game corner items from FR. I can't be prepared by this Wednesday to do this lol.

IV battles has to do with being in a battle as level 100 to check the stats to calculate for an accurate IV with, no actual battling being involved. EV is something we have complete control over, whereas IV is already set the moment we acquire the Pokemon (or egg if bred) and cannot be changed. It's like Pokemon genes.

I'm not in the least bit competitive. I don't even do EV (or IV?) training. lol

I also don't have Wi-Fi at home anymore, but if you wanted to do a trade we could set it up to do it on a Wednesday morning since that's when I'm on my college's campus with little to do.
