Jumbie says in his/her (what sex is Jumbi?) that s/he only uses Hyrule because it seems more logical. The translation is the holy land with no Hyrule.
|
What did you get that from? This sentence
しかし、やがて聖地ハイラルを巡り争いが起こった
But at length, a rivalry ensued over Hyrule, the holy land.
clearly uses 聖地 ( Sacred Realm ) to describe イラル ( Hyrule ). 聖地 was used in the previous sentence to describe the place where the godness first landed. So it's quite obvious they meant it to be the same. Of course, NoA translated this with their own interpretation of it which is where things messed up.
Oh, and I think Jumbie is a male. Not that it matters...
Because the Triforce need to have been in the hands of the Royal Family in at least one point before
OoT.

Too tired to explain this any further. You're right. No need to think to deeply itno this stuff.
Anyway, this is my perspective of things...
- Goddess lands in whats called "Sacred Realm" and leaves the Triforce there. This place is also called Hyrule.
- After a while, people and evil fight over it.
- The Triforce is sealed away, and the place its sealed in instead begin called the Sacred Realm, because the Triforce is no longer in Hyrule.
