Haha, holiday! Yeah, I guess Labor Day is a kind of holiday. It was last Monday, though, so sadly long over. D=

But I definitely enjoyed the day off from work. Next day off is Thanksgiving, the fourth Thursday in November (we get off that Friday too).

As for my job, it's much less interesting than yours. I work as a "content monkey" in admissions at the local uni here. Basically, I sit up here couped in my cubicle and process applications. Definitely not a career move, but it pays the bills for the time being, so I'm content for now. Eventually I'll grow restless and move on to higher things, I'm sure.

Any update on the promotion/job vacancy?

(Oh, and for future reference, if you see me complaining about the whole site staff clan privilege revocation, it's definitely not aimed at you or anyone else in Din personally--more that it just happened, 'tis all. )
