Yeah, some companies just want to squeeze every penny out of their consumers, while at the same time provide customer support that makes you want to punch them in the face. It's ridiculous.

Yeah, their step-by-step processes annoy me. I've had to talk to these idiot phone operators for Microsoft for about an hour each time I called them. And every time it's the same crap.

I don't understand what exactly is so complicated about sending a box that it takes over a month to do so. =/

I have a 360. Unfortunately, it's broken. I've asked Microsoft to send in the box already and have already pain them the $100, but it has already been a month and I've yet to receive a box. I've called them three times already about my box. I still haven't gotten my money or my box.
