If you get stuck with Kitar on Sonlen's training thread, here are some things you should know.

1. He is a Tree Spirit
2. His sword is made of oak and is enchanted to be unbreakable
3. He has a messy mullet type of hair-do, tan skin, brown eyes, and dresses in forest-colorish clothes
4. He saved Sonlen's life from a werewolf attack (mentioned early in his bio, though the term "werewolf" is not specified)
