How tall are you exactly?

Assuming that your left hand is the same as your right one as shown in your avatar picture, I would say you should get a full size violin, AKA 4/4 size.

I don't remember the exact dimensional differentiations between the sizes, but the fractions are roughly proportional to what full size instrument is.

Depends on the actual model and such, but you should be fine with a full size violin, unless you're like 4' 11'' in which case a 3/4 or even 7/8 size would perhaps be better.
