Yeah, I wrote a short thrash metal song influenced by Slayer's War Ensemble.
I came up with the riff I use for the chorus a while back, only with power chords thrown in every now and then. Same with the verse, only it's not palm muted. The outro was influenced by Slayer's Raining Blood.
The funny thing is that don't really like Slayer. Except for the guitarist.
I don't have gh metallica, I spent all of my money on CD's and records recently :/ however my friend got it for wii and I play it at his house occasionally. Some good stuff on there.
