My apologies for the misinformation.

Barbossa actually came back because of the monkey. In the DVD for the first Pirates, there is a VERY short clip at the end of the movie in which the monkey picks up a coin and goes toward him. He gets cursed again and, therefore, comes back to life. Not sure how he got un-cursed afterward, though. = /

Leonna would say no. While she does know Hemanias, that's not really a lot of mages, and he'd probably have to pry her for information on Hemanias. She has very little experience with magicians and wizards. Hemanias was more of a shaman, anyways.
