Personally, I found Donald Duck bore a striking resemblance to The Elephant Man. To me, Donald's hideous visage eludes to the viewer a sense of marketing helpless deformity of outer beauty for the sake of monetary gain, much in the way Joseph Merrick was exploited by circus entrepreneurs of the mid to late 1800's. All in all, a scathing commentary on the current state of the Disney corporation.
