I don't understand why on page 17 everybody have their hands on their ears. Is the 10tails growing make an ear piercing sound?

When it comes to Naruto, I just re-read last week's chapter and realized that there was fine print on the last page: "Naruto will be on a break next week! It will resume in the double issue 22-23"

I just finished watching a trailer for a new movie called R.I.P.D. and after the first 5 seconds I was like "This movie is M.I.B., but with demons/souls instead of aliens".

Re-reading some old chapters, and I realized something that I hadn't before about the women in Naruto's life.

There are some similarities between Kushina and Hinata & Sakura.
Kushina had an angry side (especially when it comes to kids making fun of her). Sakura.
Kushina had been kidnapped by the Hidden Cloud Village. Hinata.

I have this re-occuring dream about a sci-fi war that has to do with chess players. I think I've told you a little about it in the past, but I don't recall everything I've said.

I'm thinking that the queen should be a teleporting woman with telepathic skills.
The knight is a man who can create (at maximum) 8 clones of himself.
The rook is a Code Geass-esque robot suit
Bishops can phase through walls
Pawns are regular soldiers with laser guns
Kings are ...I don't know quite yet. I'm thinking it can be an omega-level telepathic child, or an old man. I like the child motif because of Naruto of how the King is the future of the village.

This is a strong incentive for me to buy a 3DS. From what I've observed in the trailer, everything uses the magic meter. Be it the Magic Hammer or even shooting arrows. The good news is that there aren't any more magic containers anymore. It seems like your magic meter gauge will replenish after some time. And the new gimmick of this game is that Link can turn 2D and become a drawing on the walls. When in "Paper Link" mode (as I'd like to call it) the magic meter does drain, so you can't stay in this form indefinitely.

Well this new trailer has showed me that Nintendo hasn't forgotten about the old games (and the timeline). I suspect that the Master Sword and Ganon won't be in the game *crosses fingers*

Considering the Magic Meter will make a larger role in this game, I hope that the Mad Batter will make an appearance as well.

I was re-reading some old chapters, and this flashback caught my attention. Children always have pipe dreams where they try to get the best of both worlds. Just like how the 1st had dreams of making his own village, Madara thought that they were somewhat childish goals. And the 1st said that he'd protect the village even if it means killing his own brother. Itachi basically was testing Naruto to see if he has the innocence of becoming the next Hokage. He had the childish notion that he could protect Konoha and not kill Sasuke. And yeah, I think you're right that Naruto still sees him as a friend.

Like I've said before how Buddhists believe that the universe repeats itself, I think that this moment is repeating [/URL=http://www.mangahere.com/manga/naruto/v54/c510/14.html]this one[/URL] (or really visa versa considering the moment with Konan happened after Sakura's).

Kakashi is able to do the Space-Time Jutsu that Obito is capable of doing...considering Kakashi & Obito are just a few meters away from each other, do you think Kakashi has the capability to use Susanoo, Genjutsu, and other Sharingan jutsus?

Now that Sasuke is good (he got his revenge with Danzo, the 3rd is dead, and Konoha was destroyed), do you think that Sasuke & Naruto will become friends again?

Very strange thought: Do you think that Sasuke might try to become the next Hokage? I mean there has always been stringent tension between the Senju and Uchiha, like why hasn't there ever been an Uchiha Hokage?

Other than Madara, Itachi, Kagami, and Shisui, there really haven't been any other Uchihas that have been mentioned in the manga. I mean, I know this is called "Naruto", but I would have suspected that some Uchihas were renown famous for thier jutsu. I mean if Kakashi can be famous as "The Copy Cat Ninja", wouldn't ALL Uchihas have that kind of fame?

We have come to believe that anybody that has red hair has Uzumaki blood in them. That includes Karin, Nagato, even Roshi (the Jinchuurki of the 5-tailed beast). Hmm and I suppose if the red hair concludes to all ninjas, I suppose Gaara also has some Uzumaki blood in him.

I became sympathetic towards Itachi because I related more towards the Senju clan more than the Uchiha clan. I would possibly sympathize more towards Orochimaru if we had known who killed/how exactly did his parents die (because they were never shown, only mentioned). And considering Sasori also had a parents dying complex, I'm not surprised that they were paired together in Akatsuki. You've watched Fullmetal Alchemist, right? If not, here's the major point of the story: These two boys use alchemy to try to bring back their mother from the dead (and it became an utter failure/giant learning experience). However they kept on searching for the McGuffin item called the Philosopher's Stone that was said to be able to do that:/ Anyways, I wonder if Orochimaru has ever tried to revive his parents. I mean I certainly would have tried to do that.

I wonder if Karin is experiment that is somehow linked to his studies on the Uzumaki Clan (and their clan seals).

Wait, you never read the HP books? Well be prepared for some spoilers But yeah, Snape was a red herring throughout the entire series.

Well that's the thing, he even said that he had no interest in the war. I suppose he'd rather live in a world where the Joint Alliance Wins than the other way around. At least (for Orochimaru's point of view), if the Alliance wins, then there is still a world for him to conquer. In a Moon Eye Plan world, Orochimaru wouldn't be able to do anything...

No, you could very well be right. There is a lot of symbolism in the manga. But when it comes to Orochimaru I find that the chapter showing Team Oro going to the Uzumaki Shack and this chapter try to make us feel like Oro still has emotions from the extra panels Kishimoto drew to signify his facial expressions.

And I wonder what kind of experiment Karin was to Orochimaru. All this time I just thought of her as an information specialist that was like 3rd in command of all of the secret hideouts.

Hmmm it sorta seems to me that the good side of Madara (his younger self) has sorta reincarnated throughout the ages. I'll be honest, I was a little put off of Orochimaru's 180, it sorta reminds me of Snape from Harry Potter. I know you don't like how Itachi was made out to be a hero, but when it comes to Orochimaru, I've always envisioned him to be the little bit of evil in the world that lives on.

Think of the Yin-Yang symbol. Orochimaru was the black dot that came from the white side. And Itachi was the white dot that came from the black side.

Well Minato didn't do anything when it comes to trying to save the Uchiha clan, however he did save the village and ultimately his son. If Obito had successfully taken over Konoha, then Naruto would have been dead, and the Uchiha clan would have ruled. If anything, I just feel bad for the 3rd. He let everything happen, and he was my favorite Hokage.

I wonder if the world will forgive Sasuke (heh, I don't know about Orochimaru) if the four Hokages pardon Sasuke and take him back as part of Konoha (and start up the Uchiha clan with Sakura the right way) after the war. Well really, the only ones that truly have to forgive him are Killer Bee/The Cloud Village.

I wonder if Orochimaru or the 2nd will summon Tsunade to fight.

And why do you think all the Hokages are on their mountain faces? Do the faces hold a significance to a jutsu that all Hokages are passed down on? I recall that the 4th was on his own face when the 9tails shot a cero at him and he teleported the blast far away from the village.

Edit: Wait, the 2nd Hokage knows the Reanimation Justu AND the Flying Thunder God Technique? Damn, this guy was a badass! I thought that the Flying Thunder God Technique was exclusive to the 4th, but apparently it's just his signature move (like the Kagebushin is to Naruto).

I think even the Nostalgia Critic did a comparison of the old animated Lord of the Rings and the new one.

It's possible that the Orc Song was originally part of Tolkein's books (he did put songs in there).
