I didn't like them. Some of them were absolutely adorable though, I'll give them that. Like Joltink or however you spell that electric spider's name. Just adorable. But a good majority of them didn't pass my look test. I am a very shallow person.

I adore Timesplitters 2. Although, people won't play Bag Tag on the same team as me anymore. No idea why.

I actuay really loved a lot of B/W's Pokemon. Scrafty is one of my favorite Pokemon now, not just from Gen5 but of all gens.

Hey, you managed to make me interested in starting my own video game review blog, so I was wondering if you could check it out and tell me what you think.

That's what I like about video game writing in general. I don't have to worry about using opinion words for the most part. Do you know how many there are? There is a lot apparently. My news writing class was hell. I learned a lot though, including I never want to do this if I can help it. And I would have to agree. Reading about the writer getting excited for an upcoming game makes me get excited too.

I should probably get a tumblr as well. Or something. I used to have a word press, and I was just flipping through the reviews. They weren't well structured at all and very fun to read. I cringed, and closed the tab. We'll leave that little monster in the past. xD

And that's really awesome! I read it, and for a countdown on why its awesome it did its job. I personally liked it.

The beauty of writing video game news is you get to throw your opinion in there every once in a while. You still have to be unbiased mostly, but you can drop your opinions in there. I actually find the gamer community enjoys that kind of thing, since it feels more personable and less like you're talking to a robot spitting out news.

As for my tumblr, I just use that to spout whatever I feel like so it's very opinionated and very biased, haha. And yeah I have my style pretty much nailed down. Informative with tinges of sarcasm and humor for good measure. I wrote a sort-of review for Skyward Sword myself for Piki as part of their Top 20 of 2011 count down[ Click]

Anyways, from what I see you have already developed your style of writing, which is always a good thing. I have yet to nail down how I want to write, which is a bit of a problem. I have seen some grammatical errors concerning commas, but nothing too obnoxious. For the news articles, I noticed you used some opinionated words. Of course with hard core news stories that you would find front of center of a newspaper, this wouldn't fly, but with video game news and stories there is a certain degree of latitude to be allowed. Overall, I think you are a very good writer.
