Joining

To join the group, just send me or Anonymous1 a PM. We'll add you to the list and give you the DofZU logo to put on your background/videos.

There are a few requirements before joining though:
- You must be an active member of the ZU forums
- You must have your own gaming channel on YouTube

Commentary Collabs

In order to do a collaboration gameplay commentary, you will need to contact the other members of the group directly, then work something out with them.

Uploading to DofZU's collab channel

Spoiler:  

In order to upload a video or series of videos to the collab channel, contact me or Anonymous1 with a link to your video. We recommend services such as Dropbox for file uploading. We will then upload your video to the channel. If you intend to publish videos frequently, contact us and we'll arrange for you to have access to the account for uploading.

Still haven't figured out what game to do yet and I've been really focusing on my channel with the partnership and all.

I was thinking of the original Fable. How does that sound?

Excellent idea! Believe it or not, I haven't actually played Fable (I know, right?), but I've seen videos of it, and from what I can tell, it looks like a good game.

i was actually contemplating doing a fable LP but i'll let you do one since i'm doing my minecraft series still and barely have time for that.

i wanted to ask, is there anything i need to do with my videos now that i'm in the directors of ZU channel? i'm doing videos again and want to make sure i'm not supposed to add anything or post them anywhere specific.

Snow Leopard has the DofZU Logo that goes on the channels. You could PM him about that. Other than that, I don't think you need to really do anything else.

If you use a channel background, I can PM you the DofZU logo to put onto it.

i'm working on one. go ahead and pm it to me and i'll work it in there. right now its just grey.

I think Director's of ZU should commit to YouTube's new look. The sooner we get used to it, the better.

DofZU is now using the new channels design.

The DofZU member background logo has been updated with a new look! If you'd like to update your channel with this new logo, ask me in a PM.

I'd also like to get DofZU some more exposure. If people could maybe make a short video about DofZU with a link to our channel, it would help greatly!

i'll work on it. send me the new logo too. i've narrowed down my list of games to LP for the channel and will be using the logo in the videos.

I've got a ton of stuff on my plate at the moment, including my plans for V-Day specials. But once I'm stabalized, I'd love to do LP's for the DoZU channel!

That's great! I wouldn't mind that. Kirby is one of my favorite series.

There isn't much directing going on in Let's Play videos. The title of this group is misleading.

I think people on youtube with a lot of views used to be called Directors or something like that. The title came with perks, like longer videos and stuff.

That's probably where the name came from.
