Re: LoZ: Minish Cap out of 10 rating
10/10 for me too. I rarely hand out this score to a game as well. TMC was just too fun, too addicting, and Vaati and Ezlo are my favorite Zelda characters. The Four Sword easily became my favorite Zelda sword too. TMC also had a unique storyline with lots of unique new items and weapons while still keeping classic ones like the bow. This game is the most perfect Zelda game I've played so far, imo. If I had to say anything could be considered a flaw, it's the length and difficulty of the game, but everything else by far makes up for this.
Long live The Minish Cap. <3 EDIT: Btw, you ought to put some more thought into your posts, or else this could get locked.

Re: LoZ: Minish Cap out of 10 rating
I seen the complete walkthrough for this game but i haven't played it but the gameplay looked fun and the puzzles were challenging in the Temples and the last boss Vaati boss battle looked cool... so therefore i'd give it a 9/10.

Re: LoZ: Minish Cap out of 10 rating
I can honestly say I'm baffled by your distorted reasoning.
Anyway. The game is majorly fun, looks great, great music, and so on... but it was painfully short, and didn't trade in the shortness for excessive detail unlike Majora's Mask. Ah, but anyway, they do say "quality over quantity". 9/10.

10/10
It was definitely the most addicting handheld Zelda I've ever played. Vaati is in it, who is one of my favorite villans in Zelda. I haven't played it in a while, though, since my old GBA was misplaced, which has my Minish Cap in it.

8/10
haven't played it through yet, just got it a month or so ago, got two of the element thingys. Like the graphics better than PH's honestly. It's got some cool items, like the gust jar, and Ezlo is a cool character. I'll try to come back once i've beaten it, see if i give it a better score

Re: LoZ: Minish Cap out of 10 rating
Honestly, I didn't like it. The kingstones was the most irritating idea I've seen in a Zelda-game, and the lands of Hyrule wasn't used very much. You climbed the mountain once and never had any business there after that. Except from some crappy chests that appeared from kingstones, containing another kingstone. !?
Parts of the game was creative and fun, but generally it drowned in lack of variation. It feels like they tried to fill the gaps of nothingness with kingstones. Conclusion: Nice main idea about the minish cap and becoming a minish, allowing you too explore Huryle from an ant's point of view. Unfortunately it swallowed itself by repeating ideas and I believe the minish idea had some more potential. 6.5/10

I know people might think I'm a noob but out of all the Zelda games i've played.. MC was prob the most boring Zelda game, except the ending.. the credits were awesome!

MC is my favorite Zelda game. It was probably the biggest reunion in the series, consisting of so many characters from many of the previous Zelda games. In my opinion, the soundtrack of this game ranks with OOT, TP, and MM in terms of epicness. MC kept me captivated to the very, very end, and it still does.
10.

Great game. Loved it. Everything in it was great except that it was a little too easy. I'd give it a 9/10

Re: LoZ: Minish Cap out of 10 rating
MC was the only 2D Zelda that has a similar style as the 3D games, if you know what I mean. Its dungeons had more thinking and puzzle solving involved than the other 2D Zeldas. I actually wonder if it could have been better if had been a 3D console Zelda game.
The shrinking idea was great, but I felt it wasn't used to its fullest potential. Again, I wonder it would have been like if the game were 3D. I thought the kinstones allowed the exploration aspect into this game, something most of the recent games have lacked. To this day, I still haven't finished matching kindstones. I believe I need just two more. So exploration is done well in MC. Like I said, dungeons were well-done; the highlight was the Palace of Winds, which also included the only fun boss in the game, the Gyorg Pair. Yeah, the bosses were a borefest, other than the Gyorg Pair. Too easy for my taste. The music in the game was outstanding. MC's soundtrack is clearly one of the best of the series. To me, it competes with WW, ALttP, and MM for the best soundtrack of the series. The theme you hear in the Cloud Tops, I think, should have been the main overworld theme, not that I have anything wrong with the classic overworld theme, but the Cloud Top theme was wonderful. I also liked the music from the Minish Woods and Minish Village. My favorite part of the game was the unique items. Instead of the generic boomerang, bow and arrows, bombs, hookshot being the primary items, you have unique stuff like the gust jar, the mole claws, rocs cape, and cane of pacci. Sure, the boomerang, bow and arrows, and bombs are still in the game; but they're very downplayed in this game compared to the unique items you get in the dungeons. The fresh items in TMC is what really makes it shine to me.
