10, 000 Rupee Ring

I'm trying to get the 10,000 rupee ring in Oracle of Seasons, but I was wondering, does the 10 000 rupees have to be in just OoS? Or can you start collecting them in OoS then finish in OoA?

What exactly does it do??? I've never got that ring before.

I think I got most of my trophy rings on the second files. So it may work like that. But I suppose the easiest way to do it is pick one game and work on it like mad.

No, as far as I know, the amount of Rupees collected is not stored in your password. You have to collect the amount of 10.000 in ONE single save game.

To get the ring I used to dig a lot, you can dig up those big rupees, which are worth 100. In Ages you can also get the Gold Joy Ring, which doubles the amount of pick ups, so if you pick up 1 rupee, you get 2. This one is very helpful, so I would try to get the Wealth Ring after you got the Gold Joy Ring.

It doesn't do anything. It's called the "Wealth Ring" and Vasu gives it to you after collecting 10.000 rupees. It's one of those trophy rings (like the Victory Ring or the Sign Ring), which don't do anything when worn. There are just trophies, like the Tingle Trophy or the Carlov Medal in The Minish Cap. Or look at them as achievements.
