Seasons or Ages?

I haven't played either of them, and I decided that I am going to now. Which one should I choose?

I liked Ages a lot more.

Though it depends on what kind of Zelda gamer you are

Ages is more puzzle based. I also find it's story to be more compelling and unique
Seasons is more action based, though I find it to be more typical as a Zelda game.

Maybe I'm subconsciously being biased. >_>

Get both of them.
But play seasons first.

I thought they were essentially the same game haha. I'll play Seasons first, and then Ages.

I say you play both of them. Start out with Seasons first however. The puzzles and the area will keep you entertained and help you get through the game without getting bored with it and by that time, you'll want to play Ages just to finish the story......... I kind of got bored with Ages since I played it first because it was too bleak and dark. And by dark I mean old timey. Season's however keeps the colors bright and that helped me get through the whole story. =]

I'd say that you should get Ages first.
Ages has a better plot, a better villain, it also has more challenging dungeons then Seasons does.

But that's just my opinion.

Yes, I agree that Ages has a better villain. =] Onyx is a *****. =/ I hated that fight with a passion. Veran, However, I enjoyed fighting. ^_^

I haven't played the oracle series.But I have read the manga.You should first play seasons and then ages.

It actually does not matter what order you play the Oracle games in.

I played Seasons first, then Ages. o_O;

Ages first, then seasons. Ages has a cooler mechanic, some time based puzzles and paradoxes and best of all, Dimitri is easier to get than in Seasons. Dimitri Rocks!

Play ages first. The final boss is weaker than the one in seasons.

I found Onox to be easier personally. o_O;

Like I said, I went with Seasons first.

Seems like a few people recommended I went with Ages first. I'll let you know how going with Seasons first turns out.

P.S. What's "Dimitri"?

Dimitri is a swimming Dodongo that you can ride. In each Oracle, you have the choice of three animal helpers, and areas of the game change depending on who you pick. There is Dimitri, Ricky the Kangaroo (Jumps over holes and up cliffs) and Moosh the winged bear (Flies over series of holes.) If you are plaing a linked game, you will get the animal helper you had in the last game.

Don't decide between them. Just get both of them! That's what I did! Although I did end up getting Oracle of Ages first, which was kind of a mistake for me, as I ended up liking Seasons more.

Both were awesome, nontheless.

To me, ages was more difficult. But that does not make it any less good od a game..... Yeah, I liked Ages better. It gave me a challenge. Oh, and Nayru is cute too! (Then again, so is Din...) Gah, just close your eyes and pick!

seasons is more fun and action

ages has complicated puzzles including time-travel puzzles,
some of them difficult

Which makes them funner. I liked Ages difficulty level.

Ages definitely had the harder edge and more complex puzzles to it.
