Last few figurines? (TMC)

I am down to the last 2 figurines (I think), and the guy says
he will make more later, what is the trigger? Is it a kinstone piece,
and can I ask who you fuse it with?

I know about online guides, but I'm feeling lazy, and you guys
are knowledgeable gaming geniuses anyways...

You have to finish the game. Actually there are 6 additional figurines (total of 136), which include the final boss.

i did beat Vaati and save, and i have Vaati's figurines, but he still won't make
the last 2...I assume it is kinstone related

I attained all of the figurines on The Minish Cap long ago (about 2 years ago, not to brag or anything...), but I don't remmeber having to do any Kinstone Fusion to unlock all of them. I think it's just your luck - you have to try lots of times with the figurine machine thing before you get all of them.

It's just your luck in the end, I guess.

Aw man, I don't remember... But I don't think I had to fuse any Kinstones, just used a TON of shells.

He says there are NO NEW FIGURINES YET, but do you want to use the

I told ya, do the kinstones first, It's probably some Golden creatures that only appear after fusing the right Kinstones.

But if you look through your list and tell us what's before and after, we can find out what's missing. You have to have seen the thing, It could also be one of the fairies.

There may be a kinstone fusion that makes him do new. I think he's saying something like "I've got an idea" och "Ah inspiration". But I did that years ago, so I can't remember clearly.

I don't remember needing Kinstones to unlock them. But you need Kinstones to the brother of the figurine man (the gambling man), so it's possible that the figurine man needs Kinstone fusing too. @ Axiomist: I can't recall that Golden creatures did something with the figurine man, but maybe it's just me.
So, what I say: if you have the Vaati figurines, then you must have all. Perhaps he just say this, because why not. ;D

I am missing number 24 & 37

Hmm.
I honestly don't know what could cause this. :$
But 24 is Crenel Helmit, and 37 is Gina.

The Crenel Hermit was the first one I got, and Gina was the 20th. You can get them, Rack up a ton of shells and do 100%

Like said, those are the Cremel Helmit and Gina. You have to meet those persons, otherwise Carlov won't make their figures.

The Crenel Helmit lives in the cave on the west top of Mount Crenel (where the large climbing area is). And Gina is a female ghost on the graveyard, her cave only opens, when you fuse Kinstones with Dampe, the gravekeeper. Both of them also offer lots of shared kinstone fusions, so give it a try.

Well when I brought up the Golden creatures I was implying the same thing Tourian Tourist said. You have to actually see some of the characters or enemies in the game to get Carlov inspired to make their figurine.

Are you sure you have to meet them I have Gregal & the Ghost figurine yet I never met him.

Yeah, this is one of the few exceptions of figures, that are available from the start, even if you haven't met them. This figure is also probably there to call your attention, so you go out and look for this character. Because if you don't, you'll miss the Light Arrows.

But normally you have to meet the persons/the enemy for Carlov to make their figures. Because otherwise the whole minigame would spoil you. What if you get a figurine of a later boss, let's say Vaati's final form, right at the beginning of the game? That would suck, wouldn't it? And it was also the solution to Cukeman's problem.
