In PH you get a letter that is supposed to go to jolean... how am i supposed to give it to her?

you have to get rid of all the monsters on that one Island in the North West with that old guy. His name was WayFayer or somthing. Once all the monsters are gone a mermaid will pop up and hit her with the boomerang. She is actually Jolene. talk to the WayFayer guy and you'll start a little sidequest
