Temple of the Ocean King - Unnecessary hard?

People whine about games being easy but hasn't anyone considered that us being fans of the series have just become insanely good at zelda games? For example the first time i played LA DX i couldn't even beat the third dungeon, now it's really very easy for me!

it is annoying going back and forth. they couldn't have done that, but the game was easy

No, the dungeon puzzles are actually getting a lot easier.

That and the dungeons are simillar to the previous puzzles and are filled with easy bosses.

Yeah, theres no more variety in the puzzles anymore.

That's only half of it. Yes, we're getting better, but the games are also getting easier. MM and OoA were harder than the games that preceded them, but in every other case each new game is progressively easier. You can be equally familiar with any two Zelda games, except MM and OoA, and the older one is harder than the newer one.

Maybe link shouldn't get so many upgrades. I mean really the hidden skills were cool but they made the final battle way too easy in TP

It was very hard the first time, but after I've did it a few times, it got playable, easier, and finally, Super easy.
I memorized the whole dungeon, and finished the game 5 times.
It got easy, but I have to admit, that was EXTREMELY hard in the beginning.

It makes sense for that to happen. I always experience that too.

I HATE THAT PART!!! It is really hard once you get the red phantoms. You basically do it over and over untill you get to the end with a certain time.

I don't like stealth in Zelda...(except for WW, and OoT) Although I am a very Super Sneaky Link

That temple made me so mad
I hated that temple.
After I found out you had to do it more than once I just used Action Replay to get through it

I found it rather like forsaken fortress

Just unnecessary.

Come on guys they try a new idea and you all spit in their faces! If everybody wants innovation so bad don't scoff at every new idea they come up with or Ninty will never do anything new!

Ah, see, even though people (myself included) may want something new, that doesn't mean that we'll accept ANYTHING new. It has to be new, but it can't forget the fundamental quality required in games for them to be good!

innovation =/= good

I'll admit, it was ANNOYINGLY hard. But it didn't really ruin the game. Annoying yes, video game death bringer no.

Still if you want something new you can't expect everything to be a hit! They tried something and it didn't work so they'll try something else.

Sure, but I still retain the right to complain about something that is badly designed and unappealing to me. Really, just because it's original doesn't mean I shouldn't be allowed to make a negative comment about it.
