Probably real. My cartridge is the same as yours, and i got it from england.

Notice the fake and real cartridges you posted. They both have USA at the end of the sequence of letters in the bottom right corner, meaning they are american copies. Your cartridge looks different because its the european copy. if you notice, in the bottom middle it says EUR, standing for europe.

Yours is real my friend, looks nearly identical to my copy of which i bought from GAME a while ago.

I have the fake copy of Minish ( bought of eBay, flat packed and all) and have 100% completed it twice with no save problems.

I bought it a year ago and it still works just fine although I would be pretty peeved if it stopped working.

Also on a funny note the manual that came with it isnt a manaual at all. It is some guys experiences of the MC demo at E3.
