You can upgrade your sword if you collect enough seashells, but I've never seen a dagger.

nah.
i've never heard of that. the arrows kind of look like daggers in the game. kind of... but they are arrows. theres no daggers. sorry. *shrug* peace.

Could be sword beams or arrows, but I know there are no daggers.
