Well, on saturdays and sundays mornings, at 10-12, he is the mystery seller with a gold helmet. he sells some pretty rare items like ship parts and a...DUH DAH DUH DA! DUH DAH!!!!!!!! HEART PEICE!

I belive once you beat the game he resets every day.

at 12 at night, on my game he would get new stuff in.

The easiest way to get new parts is to simply change the time on your DS, but be warned: collecting all ship parts can take a long time.

Thats what I do, and I only have a couple more to get.

But I suggest doing what ^ said.

I kinda cheated with getting stuff from Beedle. I just changed the date on my DS, and he changed. With that I could get the extremely tacky golden boat.
