Oracle of Ages, probably. Although, Oracle of Seasons has way cooler items. Magnetic Gloves FTW. If OoA had OoS's items, then it would win by a long-shot. Heh, longshot...

as they were released together, and that they link together, i'd say that they were both equal

I prefer Ages myself, though I'll agree season's items are twice as fun.

Well, I played OoA first, so I'm kind of obliged to swoon over it. xD I love the game to death.
By no means is Seasons bad, I just prefer Ages. |

Ages. I just like the thought of being able to manipulate time. Seasons was ok, and Din was SOOOO much hotter than Nayru, but I liked Ages better.

I like them both equally, although if I have to decide I will have to say Oracle of Ages....

I love them both immensely, but OoA had more puzzles and logic skills than OoS did, which was more action oriented. I like action games, but I must say that I have always preferred puzzle games. So, OoA.
Edit: I am glad to see that no one has chosen the "I hate them" option, because that would make me very sad if they did.

I liked Ages more. I've always wanted to time travel. It'd be a pretty cool thing to do.

Hmm, I can't really decide. OoS gets better ratings though, usually.

not to mention the 6th boss is insane ![]() but we can all agree that the best one all is the two main link adventures (OoX)

Well, I'm a sucker for time travel. That aspect helped me to enjoy Oracle of Ages a lot more than I enjoyed Oracle of Seasons. However, despite my personal preference, both games are fantastic in their own ways.

I gotta go for Seasons. Mostly because Subrosia and he items. Of coarse, I reached a dungeon error (where you use a small key in the wrong place, save, and can't complete the game) my first play though OoS.
Has anyone doen the "linked" adventure, where if yo beat them both + have a link cable, you can get a third adventure?

Controlling time is cooler and dramatic but changing the seasons is more interesting and fun...I have to go with Seasons.

I played OoA first and though OoS was very easy compared to it. Now, to compare I liked the design of the overworlds and dungeons in OoS better than in OoA, and that is actually a big plus for OoS because game design is my thing.

Overall, I like them both the same. I like Seasons better for the action and season changes (and SUBROSIANS! YES!), but I like Ages' plot and puzzles more.
