Minish cap 100% route/checklist?

I'm looking for a route or a checklist for this game; 100% completion (all upgrades, items, hearts, etc). Kinda like a speed route. Somthing like this:

Get Heart Piece #1
This is just near the Deepwood Shrine.
Get Heart Piece #2
It's on the Minish dock.
Enter Deepwood Shrine
Get Gust Jar
Beat the worm miniboss

See what I mean? I just don't know everything well enough to create one of these on my own. I'd either like help making one or for someone to point the way to one of these. Thanks.
