Four Swords for Gameboy Advance

I was just wondering if it is possible to use a GBA emulator and play the multiplayer game with yourself using just one computer. I haven't played FS and I would really like to. So please, tell me if there is a way, or if I HAVE to have other stations to link to.

Thanks.

I think you may be able to do it with the program VBAlink, but I can't say for sure.
Google it, because you can't ask for ROMs and such here.

Yes you can But since I can't give you the link I'll tell you the emulator that lets you do that NO$GBA .

P.S. Nintendo should remake it for the Nintendo DS so we can use Wifi to play it. I own four swords and I have never played it I don't have another 3 friends with it :l

I think you only need two people to play Four Swords, but I'm not sure. It's a good idea, but wasn't implemented very well. It's hard to find someone to play a game with, but it's nice because you unlock things in ALttP after beating Four Swords.

You could always try Four Swords Adventures for the GameCube, that only requires one player.

legend0fzelda, they should make a Four Swords DS game. I think they were planning on it, but canceled at the last second. They could bundle it with another DS Zelda game like with ALttP and Four Swords for the GBA.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to play this game by yourself, even with an emulator.

Check out this person who tried.

I hear ya there. I have a GBA SP but seeing as I'm 23, I don't have any friends with them to play with
most people still using GBA are young kids and hardcore gamers who wanna play the old school games (like myself) but they are rare so I've never been able to play FS

Sure you can, just set player 2s controls to other keys. Why he thought it was smart to make player 1 and 2 share the same keys is beyond me.

I'm lucky. Even though I'm 27, I go to church with several teenagers who are into Zelda.

Come to think of it, that YouTube user did say that his next attempt was going to do just that. He never put that vid up, though.

it was hard for me to let go of my sp, but necesarry to get my DS, the one thing that bugs me though is that the DS doesnt play gbc games... so whenever i want to play OoS or OoA i have to lug out the old yellow brick, pop two AA batteries in (i forgot how big they were) and try and find some light.
