Is it worth it to keep playing PH?

I'm halfway through the Hotum's Temple or something. It's really boring and I have lost a lot of will to play. Anyway, is it worth playing anymore?

Is the ending/final boss really good or something? How would you compare it to TWW's ending/final boss, or TP's, or OoT's?

This entire game is really meh to me and it doesn't really feel like Zelda, it's really weird, plus it butchers Tetra's character and makes her act totally out of character.

I kinda wish Nintendo would just say "It's not canon" and then release a trailer video for the TRUE sequel to TWW, exclusively on Wii

I'm having a big trouble on waiting to play PH until friday (because of the stupid fact that i live in Europe.). And i was kind of frustraded when i saw this thread. Keep playing plz.. This is zelda man. It's very special when a zelda game comes out, and you don't even want to finish it. I say ( even though i have not played it.) Finish it! srsly...
You bought it.

Might as well finish what you started. It's a great game, IMO, and the ending IS worth it. Don't try to compare the ending to Windwaker, that will make you think its not good enough or something. Compare it to previous handhelds. But trust me, if you are a Zelda fan, you'll probably get through it.

Finish the game! it's fun. If you're not going to finish don't start it! (I'm a hypocrite)

Why do you buy a game that you won't finish anyway?

I'd say it's definitely worth to finish, but in the end, it's all up to you.

What the hell? Nintendo made the game. It's canon. Get over it. This is the sequel. It says so as soon as you turn the game on.

Also, I just boarded the Ghost Ship, and so far have found the game really fun. Much more fun than I had with Twilight Princess, actually.

Fun tidbit.

I had the same feeling with MC. I didn't really want to finish, so I switched to Halo 2 for my "suck" symdrome. After about a couple of days, I got renewed and started playing again.
Meh, get yourself a copy of Halo 3. THAT'S what cured me.

PH is amazing. How can you not like it? Also, how does Tetra act out of character? As far as I know, she jumps to investigate the ship, and... not much else. I just got the crimsoniome or whatever the first metal is called, and I have trouble putting the game down. PH is definately topping my charts. And if the main quest is too much for you, try the minigames. I personally love the online games and the goron races on Dee Ess Island.

I gotta say though, I don't get how you can dislike this game.

The minigames are terrible in this game.

Anyway, the game is good but...I don't know. It seems wrong. Not that good.

Oh, and Tetra acts a bit too mean to Link and then the scene where she's going "Link help me save me" with that dumb expression pretty much made me want to smash my DS in half. At any one point in TWW, did Tetra/Zelda act ANYTHING like that?

Well, that's your opinion but personally I don't see how you can compare the two, PH is a great game but IMO it's nowhere near any of the full 3D titles.

Oh yeah, I beat the Mutoh temple, eh, it was alright, but I really liked the boss of the temple. Best graphics in the game during that battle.

I currently got to Bellum but died fighting him so I saved and quit and I'll play more later. Really pretty meh so far except for the Eox battle and the scene with Oshus and the Phantom Sword. (love Link's expression)

Well, I guess everyone has their own opinions. And what do you mean she acts too mean?

"Link...Help me, save me" Maybe she didn't say it in TWW, but its ZELDA. She said something along the lines of those in some of the other games, when she was actually kidnapped.

You must beat it Some parts may get boring but it is still a great zelda game. Although it would be better if they had more space on the cards for the game then it could truly rival windwaker, even though in my opinion it almost does.

The ending is good but in comparison to the other games you wanted it compared to it isnt as completly dramatic.

NintendoTogepi, I mean in the cutscene at the beginning of the game. And it doesn't just say "THIS IS A SEQUEL TO WIND WAKER", that would be retarded. But it sums up the story of Wind Waker and then says "this is what happened next", then the game starts.

I'd say that dictates a sequel.

Just finish the game and enjoy it. This is it, THE sequal to Wind Waker.
