Golden Ship Parts
After much toil I have finally managed to get an entirely golden ship. For those of you who don't know, that just gives you a total of 8 ship health instead of the maximum of 7 that you would get from any other complete set.
How? Step 1: play lots of mini games, the boat cannon game often yields 800 rupee ship parts that can be resold Step 2: repeat step 1 until you amass an insane amount of rupees, the maximum is 9999 Step 3: purchase gold parts from Beedle, setting the DS clock ahead refreshes his stock. Tips: don't purchase from the masked ship, ship parts from the guy will run you up 7000 rupees, beedle with VIP discount will cost you 4200 rupees instead. Tell me how you got or plan to acquire your ship parts.

I've gotten the golden hull and gem anchor through normal gameplay. (Treasure hunting.)
I'll play online to see if anyone's trading what I need later.
