PH Trading Quest help
What do I do with the Wood Heart? I can't find anything about it anywhere. Someone please help me.

to start it, talk to the guy in the traveler's ship in the N.E quadrant, (save him, get the postcard, then mail it it if you haven't already done so) and he'll give you the Hero's new clothes, (it doesn't matter if you pick normal or mysterious, he gives you both items, the clothes, and a treasure chart i believe)
