UK and US PH Compatibility

As i am terribly impatient i am considering buying an import of PH from the US. The best i have found is this one (ZELDA PHANTOM HOURGLASS- DS - NEW & SEALED - eBay Nintendo DS, Games, Video Games (end time 07-Oct-07 15:59:06 BST)) as it could arrive as soon as thursday.

However i was wondering whether i will still be able to play multiplayer with my mates who are patient enough to wait 18 days for it to come out in the UK! I know some games (such as Pokemon) work as one of my friends bought it from America and he can play multiplayer modes with people who got it when it was released in the UK.

Anyone know?

I don't know for sure, but seeing as there is no problem running different localised games on all DS systems, I wouldn't have thought there would be any problem in link up play.

Cool, just what i hoped to hear as i just bought it now from America for £25 (the same price play.com have it on pre-order for when it comes out in the UK!)
