Phantom Hourglass Thoughts

I have lots of thoughts like:
Whos the main villian?
How is the story line will go?
Will there be new Idems?
When will it come out?

All I know is when it comes out, since it has been anounced awhile a go. The US release date is October 1. That and Ganon(dorf) will not be the villain. That's all I know.

I'm pretty much going to put my whole post in spoiler-wrap here:

1. The main villain/final boss is Bellum, the Ocean King. I've heard him described as a giant squid pirate thing with many eyes, by someone who's played the Japanese version. Yes, this is a completely new villain.
2. Completely sidequest-ish. Link, Tetra, and pirates are sailing along when a ghost ship comes up out of nowhere, Tetra is captured, and Link awakens on some foreign island. I don't know much else about the plot except that there are no real timeline implications in the game's plot at all. I also heard one source that Ganondorf is confirmed dead in this game at the end of WW.
3. I think. I can't remember. The Phantom Hourglass itself is an obvious one--it allows you access into the Ocean King's Palace (a.k.a. Hourglass Dungeon), the mega-dungeon that you visit and revisit throughout the game.
4. October 1 in North America and October 19 in Europe. I don't know about Australia, unfortunately.

Link jumps to save tetra from being kidnapped and falls into the ocean. He washes up on an island where he meets Shierra, a navi-esque fairy.

At this point, Link gets his sword from an old man. (I heard somewhere it's Saharsala (old guy in ALttP, murdered the spelling). Then soon enough he meets Lineback, a shifty guy who apparently has a similar goal to Link's.

Link and Lineback join up. Apparently Shierra doesn't like Lineback in the least. Also, Lineback seems to be rather greedy. So now Link and Lineback are using Lineback's boat and trying to get through this main temple. To do this though, they have to go through a few other temples to get the items needed.

In the screenshot provided by this link, Link is seen standing infront of a symbol that looks like a sideways farore's pearl. Assume what you will.

The old man is not Sahasrala. Rather he is the villiage/island elder, his name is rumoured to be Shiwan.

its coming out in october.
as far as i know the storyline goes something like this:
after sailing through a fog, tetra disapears off of the pirate ship. link has to go through the dungeons because everytime he beats a boss, he gets more sand in the phantom hourglass. which gives him more time to explore the king-fish temple. each time he goes in there, he has to find out a clue in some nook or cranny which will tell him where the next dungeon is.

It's not only in North America, it's America. 'Cus it comes to Guatemala also.

I'm not too fascinated about this game. I though it was already relased

I'm for sure going to get this game because I absoloutley loved Wind Waker and can't wait for a sequel.

Im getting Phantom Hourglass on october 11, thats when it gets released in eb games in Australia.
