i need help what to do in MC "just" after i got the blue portal in the PALACE OF WINDS im stuck and i dont know where da heck to go and do now..

Have you tried looking it up in a guide? I did that whenever i got stuck in Minish Cap. I never read anymore than what i needed though. More fun. ^^

I don't really recall that part of MC... i think i must take some Ginkobiloba (it's that the right spelling?) becouse i have a terrible memory

why dont you just walk around looking for something too do?
Thats how i beat the game under 7 hours

Yeah....I think Minish cap is pretty easy...the easiest Zelda game.... so why don't you walk around and try to find some ITEM.....maybe that ITEM will help you to swim or something....who knows?
