Post The Minish Cap- Hero Or Zero?

Alot of people have been recently been complaining about the short and unentertaining storyline and boring kinstone fusions of TMC. I would like you to post your veiw on the topic and the highlights and disslikes about the game.

I personally really enjoyed the game and think it is a really good buy. If you are a collector of Zelda games it is a must so don't hesitate to buy it. I found the Kinstone Fusions to be anoying for me as i have 2 99% saves on the minish cap as i can't find one last kinstone fusion.

My view I didn't really like the game. For one, Ezlo. Two, storyline. Three, I didn't like when I had to kin-fuse. I'm not saying this game sucks, I'm saying it just didn't go to my level.

I loved the game! It had great graphics and an interesting plot. There are ways it couldv'e been better, though. I highly recomend this game for every zelda fan. 2 thumbs up!

One thumb up for me.

It was ok, but not incredible. It was fun, but it gets kind of boring to play it over. Ezlo is such an idiot...kind of reminds me of Navi, in the first dungeon. Giving you instructions on how to do easy things. I wish he'd shut up unless you wanted him to talk.

Re: The Minish Cap- Hero Or Zero?

Best handheld LoZ game, in my oppinion. And, hey, I liked the whoe kinstone thing, to tell you the truth. What I really liked about this game is that it made you really work to get to a dungeon. Which means solving puzzles and such just so you can get to another key part of the game...where you have to solve even more puzzles

Great game. Just too short.

Re: The Minish Cap- Hero Or Zero?

I loved TMC. The game itself was rather short, and I only took two weeks to complete it, but the Kinstone fusions kept me playing it for three months after I finished the rest of it. The storyline was good... but Ezlo was just annoying.

Re: The Minish Cap- Hero Or Zero?

I thought the game was pretty fun, but it was short and only took 4 days to finish.
And Ezlo sort of reminds me of myself, but at school I'm so quiet, its like I only say 10-20 words per day at school. At home I just say what my mind says.

I wish it was as long as OoT. I did like some of the characters though, like Vaati and Ezlo.

Re: The Minish Cap- Hero Or Zero?

I think the Minish Cap is the worst Zelda game ever. Why? This is my opinion:

1) It has a very small overworld that can be 90% explored before you go to the first dungeon.
2) The Kinstones were so pointless and boring. It wasn't even close to a clever idea, it was pure BS.
3) Short, boring, no interesting temples.
4) Story was complete crap.
5) The shrinking into Minish idea got old fast.
6) Didn't have the "Zelda feel".
7) Crappy ending and final battle.

I just found the Minish Cap to be a disgrace to the Zelda series.

Re: The Minish Cap- Hero Or Zero?

I think out of the foursword saga, TMC was the best, but then again, the foursword saga has to be one of the worst saga's in all of zelda IMO.

Re: The Minish Cap- Hero Or Zero?

I didn't like it much either. Nash is right: no Zelda Feel. Also, Kinstone Fusions are a poor substitue for side quests. The only really cool part was the phonograph and the figures. That's IT.

Yeah, I agree. The phonograph WAS the only interesting part. Other than that, MC was mediocre.

A disappointment.
