whatever one that is on the alttp game that comes with it...and then the gamecube version of fourswords....whats the difference..?...or is there no difference?...then what would be the point of having the same game on 2 different engines?

Re: fs...FSA?

You mean other than the fact that they're different games?

That's like asking what the difference between OoT and MM is.

We realize that, But what I think he is trying to say is: Is the game-story, play the same for both or different?

Re: fs...FSA?

They are two different games.
FS - no actual important story, just a prologue
has four stages with random levels (so it doesn't get boring)
in my opinion is funner
has no one-player game

FSA - a more compelling game
more of a one player game since its very difficult to get four gbas and cables
8 worlds, 32 stages, no random levels
if you have no multiplayer capability there is little replay value
includes "shadow battle" which is very entertaining only if you have friends/cable
better graphics, still 2d

Re: fs...FSA?

Four Swords for the gameboy had little storyline, and was a very small quick game you played in your spare time.

Now, Four Swords Adventures for the GameCube had a full storyline, and was a long game you could play with your firends not just in spare free time but as an actual game that didn't take only ten minutes to beat. FSA is a full featured game.

FS... is not.

now you can't just beat a zelda game in five or ten minutes to bet the game, but still you can't argue with a super mod

Why can't you argue? Of course you can argue =P. I was exaggerating a bit, I didn't actually mean I beat FS in ten minutes. Just that it was incredibly simple and easy to beat with a friend... I'd say more of twenty minutes, though. We were on a road trip to... darn, I forget where... and we just decided to connect and play. We found out it was pretty easy and almost a waste of time to run through FS like that... though it did pass the time a little bit.

(Believe me >_>.. FS for gameboy is REALLY easy... and I'm not so good at Zelda.)

Re: fs...FSA?

I wouldn't even consider Four Swords for Gameboy its own game. It was only a little side-game included with Link to the Past. It is fun as something to do with a friend, but for storyline or anything else, it doesn't have much to offer.

Re: fs...FSA?

I don't really consider FS a game. I consider it the multiplayer mode of ALttP.

And by the way, you can argue with a Super Mod, you just can't disrespect/flame them.

Re: fs...FSA?

I know you can't flame anyone, but you'll get in even more trouble if you do it to a Super Mod.

And I enjoyed FS too. It's just more of a party game than a Zelda to me.

Re: fs...FSA?

I was having a few friends over, and I thought I would buy Four Swords Adventures. Do all of us have to have a GBA and the hookup to the GC to play? Or can we just play it with regular controllers?
