Light Arrows in TMC

'Aye all.I'm in a pickle here.. I saved after Vaati and I went to the tribe house place that takes you to the palace of winds,and there's no ghost in a bed...sooo is it too late in the game to get the light arrows?(if so...meh...)

Before going to the wind tribe's house, you have to fuse with the stranger in Hyrule Town. This creates a warp into their house. There, you can use the gust jar to suck in the ghost. Leave and go about your normal business, then when you come back to the cloud area via Veil Springs, he'll give you the light arrows.

That's my problem Zeldafan,I DID use the warp there AFTER I went to it from Veil Springs,and when I went to veil springs,I didn't know about it so I just headed to the palace.It's too late isn't it?
