Oracle of Ages + Seasons quiz.

Much like tlozbj made the Link's Awakening quiz, I've finally found the enthusiasm to make a quiz for my two favourite handheld games; the Oracle series!

This quiz will be split up into two parts with 10 questions on each part.
One part will contain questions regarding The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages where-as the other part will contain questions for The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons. And now, without further ado, let's begin!

The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages quiz!

Q1. At the start of the game, Link finds Impa being attacked by monsters. What were these monsters and how many of them attacked Impa? Three red octoroks.

Q5. Which harp tune allows you to travel from the past to present, but not the other way around? Tune of Currents

Q6. The middle house in Symmetry City (past) holds three people - two ladies and a man downstairs. The man is using what gimmick to "get the girls" prior to Link giving him the dumbells as part of the trading sequence? A cheesy moustache

Q7. Which unusual one-sided relationship is formed in the story of the game? The Maku Tree loving Link.

Q8. "That's all I picked up, but Maybe other ??? took stuff too." is a quote said many times by which race of creatures? Tokay

Q9. Which obtainable dungeon reward item is the only one that is not necessary for the respective dungeon "boss"? The long-hook. A L-2 switch-hook.

Q10. The King Zora (present) is actually King Zora the... (Roman numerals)? XVII - King Zora the seventeenth.

Okay, so that concludes the Oracle of Ages section. I purposely made that one a little more easier than the Oracle of Seasons quiz, coming up now!

The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons quiz!

Q1. Din's travelers are actually Hyrulean knights in disguise.

Q2. Onox's armour is made from which rare metal? Molten star-shaped ore, found in Subrosia.

Q3. Onox shares one particular capture method with Ganondorf from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time when he captures Din. Which method is this? They both keep their damsels in a blue crystal, also similar to the maidens in The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.

Q4. What is the name of the girl who strongly believe in Santa Claus and gives Link the shovel? Holly.

Q5. Two boss monsters from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time's child-hood dungeons are also featured in Oracle of Seasons. What are the names of these monsters? King Dodongo and Queen Gohma.

Q6. The Triforce mark on the back of Link's left hand is actually a? Birthmark

Q7. What ring in both OOX games prevents Link from sliding on ice? The snowshoe ring.

Q8. Vasu, the ring expert, apparently depicts which Hindu God? Vasus, God of wind.

Q9. Vire, the loyal servant of Onox and Veran, tricks Link in a linked game (before level 6) how? By hiding in the chest that contains the pyramid jewel, underneath Sunken City.

Q10. In either OOX game, under a linked game, Twinrova revives the evil king, Ganon. However, they fail the sacrifice of Zelda and end up sacrificing themselves. What is the outcome of this? A mindless, destruction beast version of Ganon is revived.

No I didn't? She is a descendant of Ralph. She chronologically descends from his generation, in the same family.

Queen Ambi is from the past, Ralph from the future, if you well-remember; if Ralph kills Queen Ambi, he would disappear...

First off I liked to say that I love the quiz idea! I know it wasn't my idea, I got the idea from the OoT quiz. But after I made the MM quiz other quizzes keep popping up! This is awesome!

Anyway to your quiz, TDA is right about #3.

I missed questions 4-10. But to be fair I've only played the game once.

I missed 2, 4, 6-9. I've also only played this one once, but more recently than Ages.

Ah, yes... sorry, TDA, I had a little bit of a mental blank there. Hahaha. I just realized that if I am a descendant of my great-great-great grandad... in other words, I just realized the logic. silly me...

TKoRL, I know what you mean, I've only played MM three times, but I failed on the quiz.

Ok I got one: if you're playing Oracle of Seasons (maybe Ages too, but I haven't played it that way yet) through a linked game, what mini-quest must you do after the second dungeon?

Saving Princess Zelda from the Great Moblin.
That one is easy, but for me, Level 3: Poison Moth's Lair was always the hardest (due to the boss; Mothula. So I always remembered the road to Level 3.
