What do you mean sorted out? A mod made this thread, this is the discussion thread for the latest news / hyope. The stickied thread is old.

I only now noticed that it was a mod which was quite surprising.

What I mean is that there is already a sticky for news and hype and instead of posting in there, a new thread was made.

Also pointing out an already existing thread is no rent-a-modding. Trying to close it yourself and everything is rent-a-modding

I can't believe Niko is still alive... but it's still awesome, I bet he's going to make himself sound like the hero of the story, it sounds like something he would do

Indeed, Link will be the annoying bumbling fool who gets in his way.

Or maybe the years mellowed him, they seem to have aged him horribly in either case.

Man, I'm loving the music in the intro trailer. I can't wait to hear more ST music.

^ same here!!!! It sounded so Japanese!!! Its like they know my mind and created a Zelda just for me! unless Niko=Niko, then they are just trying to piss me off, haha. But yeah, all the music I've heard is amazing so far. I'm DEFINITELY excited!

The soundtrack is definately better than PH's. ANd I love the cultural flavor their adding to it. But the Japneseness of this combined with the Lokomo people has got me thinking (and yes I know this is a Jappnese game) if Old Hyrule was a Fanatstic Counterpart to Europe maye New Hyrule id a Fantastic Counterpart to Japan. if that's the case the Lokomo could be the Ainu Counterpart.

Just watched the gameplay video. Looked very encouraging. Graphics actually looked better, and it looks like there are more interesting characters than in PH. The most encouraging thing was that there is ACTUALLY MUSIC in the game! Not just the same boring two or three notes repeated over and over like in most of PH.

We can be pretty certain that Sprit Tracks will be better than Phantom Hourglass. The question is, how much better?

Yeah, the only thing I disliked about PH was the music.
That's been fixed.
I really enjoyed PH and it looks like with a better story, a few control issues worked out and a better score, this game will be loads better.

Yeah, well. I think I've spoiled the games length, and from what I can tell this one will be even shorter than PH.

Any news on sidequests? Does this one at least have heart pieces? >_>

catch: I liked some of PH's music.

Linebeck's theme, Oshus's theme( i think it's his), the song that plays when you're being told about Bellum, and the song that's played when you see the ocean king's true form.

Are you talking about the number of dungeons? Because I'm pretty sure that there will be lots of "stuff" in-between them. Either way I'll probably be done with it in two days like PH =/

The content wasn't what I didn't like, it was just that there was such a small amount of it.

Zeldablue, Catch: I think we'll have more than four. After all I thought the ghost ship was gonna be PH's last dungeon. There'll probably be a plot twist of some sort that adds on a few more.

...But but. I can't help but read into Zelda's choice in numbers. If Zelda starts with 3, it'll have dungeons to follow after a plot twist. 4 however is usually a number that sums up the entire game, like FS and MM. @_@ ...And almost TMC.

I don't want to beat the game in 2 days, but if I like it enough, than that's not a big problem.

Oh, ST needs more than 2 save files. That was a major issue in PH...and MM. :C

I just like the idea of there being more than four. There probably won't but it could be pulled off if they do it right.

Not aimed directly at you, but I still don't see why people are complaining. I mean, does it really matter? A Character lived from another game, and this is OUTRAGEOUS or something. I can't believe how small of a deal this actually is, but people think it's huge.

Because it is. Do you have any idea how utterly and unnecessarily confusing and stupid this makes the plot? It's a totally unneeded thing to happen.
That's my biggest beef with it. It's unnecessary, confusing, and drags on the Wind Waker's world much more than it needs to.
