Missing Kinstones and unfound locations! Cryptic things about MC!

I have played through MC over a dousin times, trying to clear all side-quests everytime, including fusing all kinstones.

But after every time there is something lingering in the back of my mind. There are a few kinstones that I just can't seem to find.

James Rolfe a.k.a. The AngryVideoGameNerd did a rant about the Legend of Zelda Timeline.
The video can be found here.
Between 14:55 and 14:56 in the video, there is a brief clip from MC where Link walks up to a girl standing by some stairs next to some trees. Neither the girl nor the place where he talks to her can be found anywhere in the game(by me). The world map of MC is not very big and I have been to every screen that has both a staircase and trees at the same time. Bottom line reads, THERE IS NO GIRL.
To make things worse, directly after the shot of the girl and Link, the two starts to fuse kinstones. Here is the funny part: None of the stones that are shown can be found anywhere in the game. If I remember correctly, and I think I do, there are only two types of blue kinstones in the game, and three types of green ones. However, in the clip, they show one blue piece, and three green ones I have never seen before in the game. Nor anywhere else for that matter.

Please help. If you know where to find this girl, or the kinstone pieces, please tell me so I can have some rest. If you didn't know about this before, Good. Then you can help spread the word.

Well, I've seen all this before and even played it. ^^ These shots were from the demo version, that was playable at E3 2004. You clearly see, that the entire Kinstones menu looks different. The shapes of all the kinstones just were different back then and got changed in the final version. There was a demo level with a special modified version of South Hyrule Field entirely made for Kinstone fusing. For example Malon and Epona would come to Link's house selling milk and of course you could fuse kinstone with her (which is unusual in the final game).

And you're wrong, the girl IS in the final game. Just check the "Peaceful Hyrule 2" figurine, I remember her appearing next to the large bell.

And all the other shots in the AVGN video were from the demo version and don't match the final game 100%. At IGN you can find the full video, if you want to take a look:

Didn't even know you could fuse all the keystones. Most of the time I hit a point where they no longer want to fuse.

What I meant was that I finished fusing to the point where there are no more people who wants to fuse. I too have a lot of kinstones that are no good since there are no more people to fuse with.

There is only 100 fusions in the game, 10 of which are forced on you to beat the game. Tingle and his gang will tell you how many more fusions are left when you speak to them twice in a row. Therefore there is a limited amount of fusions in the game, but limitless amount of kinstones that you can get.

You can fuse them all it just takes a lot of work. I have gotten to the point of having one fuse left and I couldn't find it.
