The
ZU Arcade movement was first thought up by Lurrrre!, for PowerShot's campaign. The idea is that a new Community forum is made, where members involved in game making can come to post and discuss their game projects. As a game maker myself, I know how important it is to see what people think of your games. My goal is to build a Community Forum section where anyone can post a game, and where people's suggestions can be
listened to. The greatest frustration of the General Zelda threads is that, no matter what ideas you propose, they will never make it into an actual Zelda game. At the
ZU Arcade,
they can.
But, I can't do it by myself. I need
your voice to be represented. Having talked to Cody, I have found that, as Community Administrator, it is PowerShot's call on making this new Community Forum. The only thing needed is to show PowerShot that there is interest...
What You can Do:
(1) Send a Private Message to Power Shot, with
ZU Arcade in the title. Simply say that you are interested and would like to see the
ZU Arcade happen. This may seem small, but you will have made a major contribution.
(2) After sending the message, come back to this group and post "Cowabunga!" or some yee-haw phrase of your own and we will add your name to the
ZU Arcade Petition
(3) Tell your friends! You have more influence than you think. People on
ZU want to see it grow, and I trust people to join the movement, when they can.
