Horrid? That game was fantastic. I just finished it about a week ago. What's not to like?

The main Character is a huge wimp, you're no longer any of the old characters, and to not fail you need some "Demon forest lord" type fellow to give you strength.

Everyone can't be your gneric Lloyd character.. I like that he wasn't you average character.
It's a new game. I'm happy you could at least have the other characters in your party at some points. They could have just made the game take place long after the first game and not give you the luxury of the original cast.

It's just not as good as the original, there's no reason it had to be a sequel, the voice acting and graphics seems half assed as well.

That's true. The first game was a pure masterpiece.
I think they should have kept the graphics from the first game too.
But, i loved the VA from the two main characters. Laura Bailey and Johnny Yong Bosch i think. They were great. The rest of the characters didn't sound right since they had new VA's. Most of them any way. But meh, didn't wreck the game for me.

Yeah I feel as if it would have been an alright stand alone game had they simply substituted and removed a few parts that had to do with TOS and gave it a different name, because it simply lives in it's predecessors shadow
